A newly diagnosed disorder is afflicting millions of people around the world. Aquarium Induced Hysteria (AIH) sufferers exhibit many symptioms. Watch for the following warning signs:

-Sudden nausea after view credit card or bank statements
-Frequent, unscheduled visits to pet and fish stores
-Bargaining in order to set up more aquariums
-Planning vacations around National Aquariums

-Irrational room reclamation (rooms previously used for other purposes slowly coverted to fish rooms)
-Neglect of physical appearance, household chores, etc
-Anxiety or melancholy when separated from aquariums

OMG....I have it! I gues it goes hand in hand with MTS.

I'm a sick woman. I also call it "aquariaholism", but there ain't no 12 step program.

hmm, i assume htis develops over a months time?

after 2 years and i plan everyhting around my fish....and i always find some way for "just one more"

I found out that in addition to suffering from AIH and MTS I recently came down with a very serious case of Tang Fever

Whole house for fish...

i've been in the hobby, what, 3 months, and i already have AIH and NTS

I was also misssing my fish at my dad's house, so i dragged him and my little brother in a pet shop so i could stare at fish.

But it is all worth it for the fishy friends.

I definitely have it bad! Luckily I also suffer from Mental MTS and have been able to hide it a bit! But wherever we go if there's a fish tank that's where you'll find me.

I am glad there's no cure though, I wouldn't want it and would fight anyone trying to cure me of my fish addiction.
