Spaced emu  Hobbyist Posts: 65 Kudos: 45 Votes: 5 Registered: 01-Sep-2005   | We all know that catfish help keep our tanks clean by eating all the food and alge that sinks to the bottom of the tank but is there a creature of any sort that will do the same in a pond ps I am in Malta which simple means that I have hot summers 35C and cold winters as low as 3C |

They can get up to 36 inches in length after a few years! Another option would be the Dojo loach. Throw in a few of them and you could even get your own little colony with luck. Cheers, Josh |

But remember that snails will also create waste, and if they reproduce enough you may have much more waste than they're worth  .^_^[hr width='40%'] The life, the love, You die to heal.
