My guppy is doing this strange little thing.. she goes up to the amazon sword plant, and when she touches it with her nose she spins onto her side in a flash, stil swimming, and swims acrost the leaf like that. She's done it 5+ times, and she's pregnant- 'bout a week off. Could it be some infection or somthin'? No sign of outside junk like ich, velvet, ect.

If pets are so stupid, how did they weasel free room and board out of us?

this kind of behaviour most often indicates a small parasite she's trying to dislodge, or a loose scale she's damaged and needs to dislodge - i wouldn't worry too much, unless it becomes really ounced - IME the parasite is usually far too small for us to see let alone treat.

Might be an idea to check your water parameters? Perhaps somethings changed in the tank that could be causing this, especially if all your fish are now doing it?

Those who say they cant, Never will !!!
