	mollies in freshwater?

It also depends on how your LFS keeps them. I know at the LFS I work at they are in brackish waters. You will probably have to acclimatize them slowly to FW if your LFS is taking care of them the way they should. G/L... divertran Fish Addict Posts: 784 Kudos: 469 Votes: 165 Registered: 14-Nov-2004	Yes, freshwater is fine for mollies. I kept mine in a freshwater tank for a long time with no problems. Although, they do prefer a bit of salt in the water. not much, but a little. They also like 80 degree f temp.
