Way off , I think they meant 4 inches not 4 cm. Trust me , I had an adult pair for years.Both were at least 3.5 inches long.

Yeah, I had a poor little deformed Curviceps that was missing his tail and caudal peduncle (had great color and was the dominant fish in the stock tank though), and even he was larger than 4.5 cm.
