Has anyone ever had issues with these. My pump is discharing water in a very strange way. Instead of constant water coming out of it, it seems to come out in pulses. How can I fix this?

Does this tank have chambers at the back with a weir comb?
Check that the water levels are high enough in the pump chamber.

If that is the case it looks like one more thing to really check also check along the line or how the water is taken to the tank it could be dirty as well and this will restrict the flow rate.

Have a look in [link=My Profile] http://www.fishprofiles.com/forums/member.aspx?id=1935[/link] for my tank info

Nothing to do with it keith.
Sometimes the weir combes just need adjusting.
Glad i could be of help - this is a problem with the Deltec tanks too, but easily fixed.
