What log, Countryfish? Do you have links to more pic's?
My planted tank log , it has lots of fishy photos as well .
Did it have damage to the base of its tail at sometime or is that a normal marking?

No thats damage , at the end she went a bit strange and started bashing herself around a bit . She didn't last long after that started . I had her for around 2 years which means she was probably about 3 . Not terribly old for a Gourami so I'm not sure what happened .

Has anyone here been successful in breeding their Gouramis and raising fry to adulthood?
I believe Gone Troppo in Darwin has some experience with Croaking Gourami breeding , if I remember that correctly.
BTW , I posted a shot of one of my Blues in my log this week .

Yep, your memory is functioning correctly Garry

I've got a few remaining fry. At least one of them is almost ready to move to the big tank. I'll see about getting some new pics of the juveniles tomorrow or over the weekend sometime and posting them here.

Right now I have 3 one male and two female's Although if you look at the tank at any time but feeding time you will think there is only the one in there as the two girls hide all the time in the Java Moss. Anywho here they are.
